I wouldn't name them. I would be so catatonic with stress and exhaustion that probably nothing would be done about it until they were old enough to name themselves.

Although when I was little I had 10 wooden dolls. I used to pretend that three of them were triplets, and they were called Wendy, Miranda and Pixie-Daisy!
