Thoughts please on this girls name...

Zoë Ruth + 2 syllable surname

(Ruth as middle name).

As you can see I don't do really frilly, girly names so wondered what you guys thought of this possibility?

What sort of demographic would you associate with this name?

Very nice name

Zoe is lovely. Pretty without being frilly, not overly feminine but not masculine. I like it.

Ruth is also nice, underused, a bit plain for my tastes but a good solid name.

Personally i wouldn't get too hung up about middle names as they only get trotted out once a flood. I chose grandparents names for my first son and parents names for my second son's middle names (was lucky with inoffensive names: Charles, Thomas, Peter, James). Keeps everyone smiling and they virtually never crop up anyway

Like Zoe, go for it, there won't be a million of them either!

Zoe is a lovely name.

Ruth is no so much to my taste, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and agree with twosofar about middle names.

Love Ruth but don't like Zoe.

I know one and she is 6. I think it is a nice enough name and too dinky but I am not sure how well it goes with Ruth (not that it matters much since we rarely use middle names anyway)

I think it sounds very smart, and when said with a da-dum for the surname flows quite well.

Love them both individually and I think they go really well together. I think they're both classless and classic, and timeless in a way that the currently popular 'old lady' names will never be. They're feminine and strong.
