Boys names, so difficult, another Biblical name, or something different?

It appears DC2 is a boy. We had 100% chosen girls name, but yet again struggling with boys names.

We have an Elijah Simon. Last name starts with L and rhymes with what.

This is all we can come up with

Nathaniel Isaac
Nathaniel Thomas / Tomas
Tobias Isaac

Not really in love with either of them, and don't like Toby as nn for Tobias.

Unsure whether to even use Biblical names this time or just go for something completely different.

I don't mind using a foreign name, had thought of something French (eg Etienne) as I have french ancestry and were living in a French speaking area a few months ago, also have Czech ancestry I have just found. Or any boys names that mean snow (male equivalent of Nieve)?

Any other ideas/suggestions? Thanks!

if you went for
Nathaniel Isaac his initials would spell NIL which might not be so pleasing.

Amos Nathaniel?

I knew a Thibault at university who was French. It was pronounced tee-bo. I expect it's a French variation on the Shakesperean Tybalt, which I quite like.

Really don't like Nathanial - sorry.

Nathaniel is lovely but imo it gets a bit stuck when said with the surname.

Isaac is lovely too.

Nathanial Saul

Prinpo that's a lovely name like Thibault in Romeo and Juliet?
I'm putting that on my names list. [writes down name]

My friend's Tobias is known as Tobe and she only has problems with a couple of people calling him Toby - everyone else knows not to.

Her other son is Mordecai, nns Kai or, occasionally, Mordy. You might want to consider that.

Personally I like:

Abram/Abraham
Amos
Bartholomew
Caleb
Matthias
Saul
Seth

If your surname is Lott please don't give him Isaac as a first name - Isaac Lott sounds like I's a Clot. Same reason the Hunt family shouldn't call their son Isaac! Or Mike.

Also, any first name ending with 's' will be run into the Lott to make Slot. Tobias Lott = To buy a Slot?

Matthew
Solomon
Joel
Asa
Malachy

Also probably best to avoid B.Lott.

Mordecau is lovely, not so keen on the nn Kai, makes me think of Colleen and Wayne.
Definitely worth considering the initials though.
Nathaniel is my favourite of the OP's names.
Here are some other biblical names - from a website.
Abner
Amos
Barnabus
Barak - topical?
Canaan Kay-nan
Elijah
Hanan
Jonah
Jericho
Jude
Levi
Linus
Moses
Samuel
Seth
Titus
Zadok
I think a one syllable last name allows for a reasonably long name, if you wish.

Joaquin
Flynn
Roman
Cillian
