English/Indian girls names - help!

Hi, Have 3 weeks left til I pop & need a name for 2nd DD. Can't be too English or too Indian & has to go with Patel ie flower names are out eg Rose Patel/Petal!
Any inspiration?

Had same dilemma. Went for Amelie Maya for DD1 & Avani Lucia for DD2.
Also love Sofia.
It's hard getting the balance right, & can't have flowers or anything ending in -ella.
Have in laws got any suggestions?

Ronika - we know an English one & an Indian one, both feisty, clever & very pretty young ladies - I'd never heard of it before meeting these 2, so seems it maybe unusual too :)

Lila/ Leela is nice

I know a lady of mixed Indian/English heritage called Indira, which is nice. And what about Amber? It means sky in Sanskrit.

we knew a lovely little indian girl called Suikhi, a few years ago, also spelt sukey, but i prefer what i presume is the indian spelling?

we thought about using it for our dd, its a lvoely name :)

I had the same issue and now have an Elina and a Shona. E means intelligent and S means fiery in Hindi. Also on my list were Tara, Amber, Bela and Iyla.

I adore Suraya, Zalia and Priya. Other names that might work for both of you -Mariam(Marianne), Rita (Marguerita), Roxsana(Rukhsana), Serena, Jasmine(Yasmin)?

At least Indian/English girls' names are much easier to find than boys' names....

If I'd have had girls I'd have chosen from Tara, Nina, Anita, Serena and Monica.
