oh dear -bit of a dilemma there.

Do you piss her off now or risk someone else saying something and her wondering why you didn't say anything ?

In the meantime everytime you hear the name Kylie you will be snurking reminded of the situation.

expatinscotland · 31/03/2009 17:44

Tell you just can't get that name outta your head .

ramonaquimby · 31/03/2009 17:46

?? just googled it and it said it may mean boomerang in one language and graceful in irish/gaelic. what's the problem?

sassy · 31/03/2009 17:47

lol expat; could also say it keeps coming back to me...(isn't Kylie aboriginal word for boomerang?)

georgiemum · 31/03/2009 17:47

hahahahahahahaha. That's funny. Did she mean ceilidh (not much better).

expatinscotland · 31/03/2009 17:48

I went to a highland wedding, and instead of a reception, or a BABY, they had a ceilidh .

hedgiemum · 31/03/2009 17:49

ROFLOL! I guess it does (kind of) sound Irish, since it rhymes with Riley.

expatinscotland · 31/03/2009 17:51

tell her her child will be so lucky in love.

frazzledoldbag · 01/04/2009 14:24

Did she not mean Ciara (pronounced Kira) - that's traditonal in Ireland isn't it?

goodnightmoon · 02/04/2009 17:35

she's american. it could have been so much worse. keep your thoughts to yourself!

Nancy66 · 02/04/2009 18:17

Tell her - why not?

alternatively, dump her as a friend for being so stupid.
