I already have a daughter whose name ends in an A as does my name. Do you have any suggestions on other girls names ending in 'A' for our second childs name?

I love the names Martha and Matilday, both of which end in an A. I also like the name India.

Ailsa
Evalina (one in my ds's class as school!)
Morna (dd1's middle name - Gaelic for 'beloved')
Fiona
Iona
Isla

or you could always do the highland/island thing and change a boys name - loads of even young girls called Donaldina, Donalda, Murdina. Older women called Callumina, Gordina, Alexina.

But I guess you are not that desperate. Many of these woman end up being Dina/Dene - just to get away from the name!

The a ending names I love are:

Helena
Claudia
Susannah

All feminine, yet strong and not too popular but not weirdy.

Tessa is also very nice.

and Emma always simple, classic and lovely.
