Hi all,

Just found out we are having another baby girl 🥰.

Would appreciate any and all name suggestions for a sister for Charlotte.

So far, we like:

Eleanor
Florence
Penelope (maybe)

We can’t use Emma/Emily, Clara or Anna.

Thank you xx

It's pronounced more like "ferril". Very pretty.

And very easy to misinterpret.

Aw I love the fact that my name comes up quite a lot in the suggestions (clue - several different spellings!) and my sister is Charlotte

You surely must be an Eleanor/Elinor/Elena!

Filoparcels017 · 24/08/2026 02:18

Congratulations Op!

I love Eleonor(e)

I also think the names Hester and Maude go quite well with Charlotte.

Eleanor would be a lovely choice. Or Leonora which I always suggest as an alternate to Eleanor because I think it is rather nice.

I really like Florence with Charlotte. Eleanor goes really well too. Penelope isn't my style.

What about Alice or Lucy?

Eleanor is lovely. I also really like Alice, Marianne, Felicity and Lydia.

A couple of the Charlottes I know (all different ages!) have sisters called Catherine, Jamie, Grace, Florence, Harriet, Millie and India.

Charlotte and Rosie sound like together. I’ve always liked Rosie as a “little sister” name.
