Boys Names

Pretty much sorted for girls names, but finding boys names very challenging! These are my options, would love opinions and any suggestions to other names I may like… We are definitely a nickname family, so these would likely all be shortened.

Thomas (Tom)
Arthur (Art)
Joseph (Joe)
Johnathan (John/Johnny)
Peter (Pete)
Adrian (Ade)
Edmund (Ned/Eddie)

Can’t say I’m in love with any boys names at all! But these are the ones I seem to mind the least. Would love all thoughts and suggestions, thanks a lot!

From your list I would go Thomas. Other options:

alexander - Xander or Alex
Nathaniel - Nate
Jacob - Jake
William - Billy
Zachary or Zachariah - Zac

@timoteigirl I politely disagree! Both my daughters use nicknames that my husband and I came up with. They’re quite natural. It’s not like I’m saying “His name is Thomas, but we call him Curly.”

Okay let me throw one more in the mix:

Clyde

is this cute as heck, or are my pregnancy hormones talking?

It's fine - a bit different. I know an adult Clyde and he's really nice. I thought the name was a bit unusual when I met him but I soon got used to it.

I also know a couple of adult Clives, both nice.
