ooooh! Put Kitty first, it's lovely. Not that keen on Mae - nice name but don't like the spelling (for some reason ). May is fine.

Sorry but I loathe Mae, though I think spelling it May makes all the difference. Lydia is quite nice. Lilah, or even Lila, reminds of of Lilo-Lil off Bread.

Why wouldn't May go with your surname, yet Mae would?? Even if your surname begins with Y, it's still pronounced the same!

If her name is a verb - e.g Smart (she did say it was one syllable starting with S and something like Smith) then May Smart sounds like something the doctor would say before doing something excrutiatingly painful.

Lydia I like best. Amelia is also a nice name.

Absolutely don't like Lilah or Lila and I don't like the middle names at all either, sorry!

I love Amelia and Kitty . Bloddy DH will not consider Kitty .
