I have a Henry and I think Joseph is a nice match. Both classic but not too "matchy".

Something equally as traditional. Personally I don't like shared initials though, so I'd avoid another J name.

A Joseph I know has a brother called Thomas. It’s an obvious pairing - both classic, perennial Top 100 names, both 2 syllable Biblical stalwarts, both with friendly sounding, obvious nicknames in Joe and Tom (or Joey and Tommy when little).

Other obvious pairings imo would be Daniel, Samuel, Michael, Benjamin, David and (swerving the Bible) William or Edward. All are also Top 100 classics and all shorten to friendly, 1/2 syllable nicknames just like Joe/Joey.
