I like Matilda best. It was very popular 20 years ago but I don't think so much now, and it's a great name. The rest are all nice names except for Delilah which, just personally, I find rather hipster try-hard.

Loads of baby Matilda’s atm

This is a first for me, I like all of your name choices OP.

Of all of them, the two I would drop personally, even though I think they're very nice names, are Sophia and Matilda.

I think it's just because I know so many named Sophia, and I don't like Tilly as an NN.

Cecilia; I've always loved the name.
My grandmother was Harriet Cecilia, which is popular once again.
Cissy is nice nickname.

I went to school with a girl named Star, which was unusual then, but Stella has a much nicer sound to it imo.

Delilah and Orla are both lovely too.

Matilda, or Delilah ❤️

Gotosleep91 · 18/10/2024 22:21

I love Stella - I think it's strong yet pretty and suits both a child and an adult.

Biased because I have a Stella, but I have had nothing but compliments on her name (and I know they're real compliments because DD2s name does not get the same comments 😂)

I love them all apart from Cecilia and Delilah, they're just a bit too fussy. I think it would take a certain kind of person to really pull them off.
