Please help with a sibling (boy) name for Raphael & Sophia

Hello,
So our 3rd baby is 2 weeks old on Wednesday and still has no name the poor boy

our eldest son is Raphael & daughter is Sophia, so we need a matching male name, hoping if possible 3 syllables

I'm English my husband is south Asian so we are trying to find a name that doesn't sound unusual in both cultures

My husband likes Michael but it's my dads name and we do not have a great relationship so I don't want that name

He suggested Enzo which we both agreed on but now he has changed his mind. Also discussed Joseph which I like and I like the 'ph' in it but he says it's too short

Please fire away any suggestions as I'm stuck and it's stressing me out

Has three syllables and has the 'ph' you like.

As long as you avoid Leonardo, Donatello, and Michelangelo you should be ok. Michael might be a bit too close to Michelangelo.

Hello everyone thanks so much for all the suggestions, some really goods ones! Some of them were also ones we considered when my first son was born
We have booked name registry for next Friday to hopefully have some urgency
We have now narrowed down to

Maximilian - my favourite
Gabriel
Alexander - my husbands favourite

I still like Joseph but he won't have it 😩

All three lovely names that match well with your older two. As they will inevitably get shortened once he has a group of friends, I suppose your choice is which do you most dislike/prefer to hear of

So to update still haven't chosen and registration is booked for tomorrow

My husband is from Pakistan but lived most of his life in France, he has a double barrelled surname which makes it abit further complicated

Raphael and Sophia were chosen because they are quite universal names

My husband likes Alexander but I'm not a fan and I have a relative with that name so would prefer a more unique name

My favourites are
Maximilian/Maxim, Joseph, Matteo

My husband thinks Maximilian and Joseph would both just get shorten to Max or Joe
He said Matteo is becoming very popular/common

His family are causing additional stress as saying it has to be a name with a good meaning (which they all do have)

Any final suggestions please, particularly French names as could be a happy medium?

Further up the thread, a poster mentioned Alexander is shortened to Alex,
For the last few decades it’s often shortened to Xander (pr. Zander).
I hope the OP and her partner can both feel happy with the name that they choose.
