One of my neighbours has an Inaya (or Anaya). It sounds like Annoyer. Her little brother used to call her name several times a minute and he has aloud voice.

I love the name Elif.

Also Melis and Çiğdem, although I'm sure the spelling and pronunciation of the latter would cause endless issues!

I know a young girl with Turkish parents who's name is Eda.

It's a sweet name which works in any language without immediately being associated with any specific one IMO, not sure what others think.
