Just got back from the park where we met a child called Tiara. Obviously I can't vouch for the spelling but thought all you expectant mummies would be dying to add that one to your lists...

Re the child called Alaska...we heard a Canada being called at soft play and I actually know a Havana!!

the best i have ever heard was from a teacher who taught twins called - Armani and Versace!

it gets worse. their second name was Mclachy - Versace Mclachy anyone

oh, and this in in the east end of glasgow - so apply broad glaswegian accent to experience the full horror

One of the ladies who was in hospital at the same time I was having ds called her baby girl Sissy-Sparkle. No kidding. She was in the room next to me and we got talking, I asked what she's called her and I really didn't know what to say! I think I said something along the lines of 'ooo how pretty'

Tiara is getting to be very, very common round where I live.

I've come across the Glasgow McClatchey twins as well, although I have it on good authority that apparently it's pronounced "Ver- sayse" which is oh so much more amusing...

I met a girl yesterday called Autumn. I asked her if her birthday was in the autumn, and she said, "no, March". I wonder what her parents were thinking? My MIL is called May, but then she was born in May, which makes a lot more sense.

Oh I forgot about this one. I knew twins at school who was into lorry racing and their middle names were Scania and Volvo. Fortunately their middle names.
