Girls name that work in Spain and England

Am looking for girls names that work in Spain and England. I don't like names that can be easily shortened or likely to have a nickname. Prefer shorter names, as given name.

I like:
Sofia but it's quite popular
Lucia but worried it will be pronounced Loo-chee-ah rather than Loo-see-ah.
Athena which I know is Greek and not sure if it works in Spain.
Alba but doesn't work with surname.

I'm sure I remember a Spaniard called Marina.

Works in the UK as any viewer of Last of the Summer Wine will know.

I like Rosa, Elsa, Aida/Ayda, Ava.
Ines is pretty but not totally sure.
Marina is nice but not sure it goes with my son's name.

I taught siblings Elia and Sia.
Encarna (maybe a bit old fashioned).
Ingrid - I know a few of them, actually!

A Spanish colleague who moved here last year has primary-school-age daughters called Sara and Mila - both v pretty in English and Spanish!

And Nuria is v pretty and nice in English too.

My favourite Spanish name is Covadonga. It's wonderfully ridiculous. Avoid Belen - whenever this name comes up in Spanish lessons it has the kids in stitches!
