Male sibling name for Raphael & Sophia?

I'm due to have my 3rd baby in 6 weeks, it's a boy and we are stuck on names, my older son is Raphaël and my daughter is Sophia

My husband has French connections, if that helps to choose anything 🫨

So far we like Matheo, Carlos, Joseph ( I do like Max aswell but maybe it's abit 'short' compared) my husband recently suggested Sebastian

Can anyone suggest any names they think would go well please? Thank you for any help

Sorry I forgot to update! My son was born in June, chosen name is Gabriel Maximilian

In the end I wanted Joseph or Max
My husband wanted Alexander or Gabriel

Went for a mix of the 2!

I was thinking about the 'ph' in Sophia and Raphael and thought that's maybe why you liked Joseph. But Gabriel is lovely! I love French names, you have great taste! 😁
