I love Josie, I've never come across one and have worked with children for 10 years so for me that's also a plus.

My least favourite is Elsie, I don't think it sounds like a strong, capable person's name and there are nicer girls names beginning with E like Elodie as you suggested.

Hi @Nicetobenice67, I see you have suggested many names, thanks! I got so many replies that I am just now reading them all. I really enjoy reading all these different opinions as well as suggestions.
I am curious whether most users here are from the US or the UK, as I understand that in different places, baby names are looked at differently. I live in the Netherlands and the top 100 baby names here are very different to those in the US for example! I am from an international family so I also need the names to be pronounceable in different countries.
So to answer your question, I LOVE reading all these suggestions and I will add some to my list, which contains both names which I consider using in the future, as well as names which I simply love but could not use due to some language barriers or spelling or meanings in different languages.
From your suggestions, I like the name River the most!

Elsie and Josie are my favourites of the names you’ve listed.

I also like Laurie for a girl (which I know can be a boys’ name too, and perhaps primarily is seen as such in this country, but it works for girls.)

Mary and Emily would be other suggestions.

Paisley is so nice and unique. I like that one the most. After that, Evi and Josie.

I knew a lovely little girls named Honor. Only one I’ve heard of apart from Honor Blackman. Pronounced On-uh. Also like Orla and Orna.

Aspen is my favourite from your list. Feel it’s still unique but not made up. Love the nature vibe too. X

My daughter is Aspen, really love it. Most people we've met relate it to an Aspen tree rather than Aspen Colorado. Most of her friends call her Aspee.

Definitely not Paisley. No one who had ever been to Paisley would ever call their child that. It's a down at heel Scottish town near Glasgow, not some picturesque or glamorous location.

Lauren is the most beautiful name among those you provided.
I would also consider Anna or Helena.
