Without reading the other posts, what other names do you think of as similar?

Rowena is gorgeous

I know of a few boys and men called Rowan. I’ve never come across a female Rowan.

I agree that it’s a soft name, so I’d think of Noah, Sophie, Amelie.

Also, whenever I see names that begin with R, I do think of so many children (and some adults) who can’t roll their Rs. They would say ‘Wo-an’ .

Rowan makes me think of sort of weird midsummer rituals and long haired hippy hash-smoking types - the Wickerman style.

So names like Willow, Hazel, May, Myrtle and Edward Woodward.

Reuben. Robin. Ash. Owen. Ewan.

Meadow, Amelie, Ashley, Lily, River... other nature names, basically.
