It's interesting a lot of people are saying Anneliese/Annaliese etc.

When
1 - My phone tries to autocorrect these names
2 - Annalise is the most widely used spelling in the UK

Lots of names are spelt and pronounced differently internationally. We aren't European/German so why would we use that spelling/pronunciation when there is a more common UK variant? It's seems a little pretentious to me.

We want it to be Anna-lease pronunciation.

We are going with Annalise, which is conveniently the most common UK spelling and my phone doesn't want to autocorrect it!

As I grew up in Scandinavia I see Annelise or Annalisa. To me Anneliese is German. The lise/lisa ending Scandinavian

It's a pretty name.

Annahlise - awful, my brain tries to correct it to annihilate
Annalese - makes me think of analgesic
