Expecting a little girl after two boys.
I like the names...

Nina
Louisa
Orla
Erin
Lyra

Only one my husband agrees on is Orla.

Also like names like Sophia, Aria but ruling them out on popularity... definitely looking for something outside the top 30.

Surname ends in y so don't like the sound of names ending ie or y with it.
Any suggestions?

Thanks all. Think we have narrowed it to

Orla
Cora

Middle name possibly Louise.
Cora is the one we both like best that we agree on!

Orla reminds me of oral and Cora reminds me of the popular online forum Quora. I'd go with Nina originally, but now that you've narrowed it down to Cora or Orla, I'd definitely pick Cora. I like Cora.

Onelife2024 · 27/03/2024 16:44

I vote for Cora - a lovely, short, simple, underused but familiar name

Sunnnybunny72 · 27/03/2024 17:22

Cora, as in apple corer? Sorry.
Love Cara.

peaceinourtime · 28/03/2024 09:13

Of the two Orla. In typing it however, i noticed it auto corrects to Orlando 🙁

Does that matter? Lots of names are similar to objects. Orla could be oral etc.

Cara feels way too 1980 for me.
