We are a long way off having to decide but talking about it all the time!

The names me and DH both like are

Rosie
Sadie
Connie
Erin
Zara
Eva
Eloise
Nina
Anya/Anna

Surname ends in ‘na’ sound so that’s what makes me think twice about Nina and Anna, much as I love them I’m not sure if it’s too repetitive. I do have a preference for names ending in the ‘A’ sound though and don’t know if the ‘ee’ sound is too cutesy.

One syllable uncommon family middle name.

Just be interested to see which you like, or don’t like and why!

I really like all of them - great list :)

If you really want uncommon though, I'm not convinved about Nina. I currently teach 4 Ninas in one school of 300 pupils (aged 3 -1 3 - all the Ninas are under 9). Although all 4 girls are Indian so maybe it's a more common choice in that culture, I don't know. But it seems popular (with reason - it's pretty). All your options, we currently have only 1 or zero children with that name.

My order of preference would be.
Sadie, Zara, Erin, Anya, Eva, Nina, Rosie, Eloise, Connie, Ann

But, even at the 'bottom' of my preferences, I still like the names.

Connie and Sadie. Not overly used, easy to spell, work for child and adult.

I like Sadie the best. Although I mentioned it to my mum who said she associated with women from the roughest area of where we live ( Liverpool) which put me off. Although she doesn’t like the name we went with either
