I am so stuck. I have girls' names galore, please give me nice slightly arty boys' names that won't get hugely popular in a year or two

Archer is a real name. So is Archard. Which is currently on my short-list because I like Archie but don't feel able to saddle son with Archibald.

DH keeps muttering Hereward.

I like Benedict, but have godson called Ben. Am toying with Adrian but DH no like.

PaulaYatesBiggestFan · 15/03/2008 21:29

We finally decided via a complicated voting system where we each vetoed a few of each others, then marked the remaining out of 10 each and the one with the highest score was THE name......then we changed our minds totally and called ds something totally different.....

Walnutshell · 15/03/2008 21:33

Paxon

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 15/03/2008 21:33

Seth... DH & I would keep asking him to go 'scranletting down Ticklepenny Corner' all the time.

Aitch · 15/03/2008 21:33

franny, with your surname i can't believe you ever considered archer. imagine it written surname, forename. unless i've gone mad and forgotten your name?

what about Max? i like max and dominic and i've always liked the name vincent. it's so... heroic and artistic and winning.

LarryVeest · 15/03/2008 21:34
