I adore the name Emily and will be naming my next Dd it in December but we are struggling to choose a middle name.
I liked Emily Rose but i do feel the combination was extremely popular years ago when Emily was at its peak (90s/00s) I know they are both lovely names but do you think the two names together are slightly tired now?

Any other middle name suggestions would be appreciated

More like 122 years ago, if the Emily Rose in my family tree is anything to go by - but that strikes me as a good sign that it's a timeless name that you can't associate with any one period. I like it.

Totally fine. Why settle for any other random combination?

I think it is nice. It doesn't sound dated or anything.
