Hello all..
Currently 34+3 with our first baby girl 🩷

So, I have always loved pretty, girly names and always thought that I was going to use either Daphne, Penelope or Cecily (CeCe) they have been top 3 for around a whole year...

HOWEVER, I'm suddenly finding myself extremely drawn to gender neutral names for her like Noa, Billie, Riley and Rorie.

What's everyone's opinion do I stick to my pretty 'girly' names or do you prefer the more modern gender neutral options.

I'm most drawn to Rorie at the minute for her!

For reference middle name is Rose as it's a family name🙂

Thanks everyone x

I know an Orla nn Rory which is nice.

how about Eleanor nn Nell, that’s neutral-ish sounding?

much prefer the “girly” list you have though to the neutral ones!

Stick with your original list, those others are awful!

Aurora Rose is unusable; it’s like a tongue twister. I love Cecily

Cecily Rose is gorgeous. I also like Penelope Rose.

Daphne is a beautiful name but I wouldn't pair it with Rose as then you have two flowers together (daphne is a flowering shrub).

Much prefer your original choices.

Think about how you'll feel about the name maybe 15 or 35 years from now.
Riley Rose might be cute for a toddler but might not suit an an adult.

The names I considered for DC1 haven't all dated that well.
