We love all of these.
Which is your favourite and why?
Popularity not really an issue for us as none are particularly popular where we live.
We would pronounce Arielle ‘Ari-Elle’

TIA

I like Elodie. I know a few as I used to live in France and it is quite well used there. I knew a few around my age (39). It is quite like LOD though if that bothers you. I think the emphasis is on the first and last syllable as well in French (but my French is not perfect so happy to be corrected)

Sometimes it becomes Ellerdy in England which I'm not fond of. But depends whereabouts you live.

@WhatFreshHeckle thanks for the insight, yes Elodie definitely sounds the best when pronounced the ‘French’ way (or the most French-like we can achieve over here 😂) did you come across many Arielles in France? I think this name is French also.

Arielle is lovely.

I know an Eloise and Eleanor who both go by Elle. But it's a beautiful name in its own right.

Elodie is also pretty but I always feel the d in the middle makes it sound a bit harder.
