Of course Otis is a name and not 'made up'! Otis Redding etc.

However I just keep thinking of Otis the Aardvark (CBBC, 1990s), anyone else remember that? I don't find the sound of it that attractive really.

I love Rafferty. Its on my list too and I've never met one.

I quite like Otis but it seems to be gaining popularity quickly which puts me off a bit

Otis.......but then you have my surname on your list and my sons name is the same as yours! My dog is called Otis as we couldn't decide between the two so tossed a coin.

Rag ferry is quite cute and I can imagine it on a man as well as a small boy but Otis definitely gets my vote. Not because in a lift fan, I'm a Sex Education fan Grin

I'd want my children to have different intial so that would rule out Dawson and Dominic.

Hallie ends with an "ie/ey" sound so that would rule out Olly, Findley and Rafferty, but I like Finn and Raff.

Not keen on Otis but like the "iss" ending, maybe something like Ellis?

I actually like Dawson the best but I find it too similar to Dexter. So probably Finley.

Rafferty - No, seems like a girl's name
Dawson - Jack Dawson...so basically a surname, not a first name! Seems a little matchy with Dexter too
Olly - It's alright??? Prefer Oliver
Finley - I quite like this, Finn could be cute
Dominic - Makes me think of the Dicky character from the Nickoledon show, I'm sorry !!! I can't see it on a little boy as well
Otis - It's quite nice actually, I like it

So Finley and Otis for me. Hallie and Dexter are both really nice by the way!

Your taste is different to mine, but I'll give my opinion anyway.
I don't like Rafferty, Dawson or Otis at all.
Olly, Finley and Dominic are ok, but I don't love any of them.

Dominic - and Nico is a nice nn

Finlay is nice but overused, Otis alright but very of the moment

The others are awful (sorry)
