Had hoped to go with a family name from my OHs side. Choices were Keith or Kenneth but he’s vetoed both since he doesn’t particularly like them.
Our other son and daughter both have grandparent names as middle names - as do we - so I’d like to give him a meaningful middle name of some kind. Parent and sibling names are out though.
Other options are Jay, Jon or Nate (shortened versions of OHs name) with Nate being his favourite but I’m not sure it rolls off the tongue. We would rarely say it out loud though, I suppose 🤔
I quite like Blake, which means bright (it was my choice for a first name), or a name meaning sun, gift or blessing would be lovely since this is a long awaited baby!
