I have twins. I suggested Jareth and Tobias (Toby). He said no. He's a bad man.

Malachi, Theo, Arlo, Marcus

Both my niece (non-binary) and my nephew have two of these names 😆. I have colleagues with the other two. So not sure they're that unusual!

OP I love Zephyr - my first ever crush at primary school haha.

Whichwhatnow · 22/02/2023 17:45

Emrys is a good shout too - I know one little Emrys who is such a dude

Joao?

Depends if you're Portuguese I suppose but it's probably the most popular name there - I know dozens

Is that comment necessary????

Theo is SO overused and def not unusual!

Commenting on how popular a name is when someone wants an unusual name seems reasonable tbh. Theo Def isn't unusual.

TwilightSilhouette · 22/02/2023 20:23

I think old fashioned names are quite unusual now - people tend to go for modern Yoonique names.
I like:
Monty
Merlin
Christian
David
Solomon
Moses
Geoffrey
Stanley
Paul
Michael
Mark

Myeyeballsareonfire · 22/02/2023 20:26

@LadyEloise1 sorry meant to say Ireland but put NI (where I am!)

Love that name!

Watch out with what you say here, because I’ve been attacked for putting down not very common names as that’s apparently not qualifying as unusual’
