I like Cassius, River and Jesse from your list OP.
Cruz I just don't like and Presley is a surname.

Cassius seems cultural appropriation if you are white, River is after someone who died of a drug overdose, Presley a surname and Cruz an open invitation to name calling or worse.

I’m really not keen on any of them. Jesse is the least bad.

Cassius is the birth name Muhammad Ali rejected after converting to Islam & joining a radical religious sect, calling it a ‘slave name’. That’s a lot of historical baggage to dump on a baby.

Cruz suggests Latino heritage. Fine if you have it, naff if you don’t. Presley is chavvy.

I don't like any of them, except possibly Jesse. though it sounds more of a girl's name, because they will all date very quickly and seem gimmicky. What about a more established name, that will not date your baby so exactly in future, or a twist upon it? Adam, Benjamin, Michael, Nicholas, Stephen, etc, etc, With most of them the boy can choose how he wants to be known later by shortening or slightly changing it. He cant so that with River.
