I will not post my daughters names in case I have friends on here however they are very much classed as old lady names, I am now looking for a boy name to fit with the old man theme.

my favourite so far is Harold (Hal) but my DH hates it so please send some other suggestions our way

Wilfred, Arthur. Alfred are probably overdone now.

What about Eric or Edmund. Roland is a great medieval name that's rarely used. Robert seems timeless. Hugo is maybe a little posh.

KirstenBlest · 31/12/2022 10:43

Hugo isn't in keeping, and it's not posh. It's been a top 50 name for a few years.
