Same as Sia

MassiveSalad22 · 22/12/2022 13:43

Yep same as how everyone is pronouncing Sia on your other thread. Sia/Mia/Pia/Lia

Marmite27 · 22/12/2022 13:44

S-eye-a

User135792468 · 22/12/2022 13:44

Sigh-a

User135792468 · 22/12/2022 13:45

Sia would be Cee-a like Mia

slo · 22/12/2022 13:45

See ya!

SkylightSkylight · 22/12/2022 13:46

However I was told!

but if I had to go first, with no background information see-ya or sigh-ya

i personally think they could come in for a bit of ribbing with see-ya 👋🏻

zen1 · 22/12/2022 13:47

Sighya

ThisSolstice · 22/12/2022 13:48

The two I’ve known pronounced it as SEE-a.

FlounderingFruitcake · 22/12/2022 13:48

Sigh Ya
Or maybe See Ya

Whatmarbles · 22/12/2022 13:48

See a

Dedontdodatderdode · 22/12/2022 13:49

I prefer the other spelling but I’d pronounce them both the same way.
See -A, rhymes with Mia.

FlounderingFruitcake · 22/12/2022 13:49

But if it’s supposed to be Sia (to rhyme with Mia) then just spell it that way! The Y is confusing.

PlungedInk · 22/12/2022 13:50

See-ya

Just love the name! Stands out and holds strength.

BlackLambAndGreyFalcon · 22/12/2022 13:50

See-ah like Siya Kolisi.

Purplemagnolias · 22/12/2022 21:29

As it's written Si-ya

timoteigirl · 22/12/2022 21:37

Sigh-a - I wouldn't even consider other options

ShillyShallySherbet · 22/12/2022 21:38

Seeya

DancingSober · 22/12/2022 21:39

See-ya

Stichintime · 22/12/2022 21:41

Sigh ah

Purplemagnolias · 22/12/2022 22:07

How do you get Sigh from Si?

Spenn · 22/12/2022 22:08

Purplemagnolias · 22/12/2022 22:07

How do you get Sigh from Si?

As in Simon?

LolaSmiles · 22/12/2022 22:12

Gut instinct would be see-ah to rhyme with Mia.

Are you hoping to have some unusual pronunciation?

Purplemagnolias · 22/12/2022 22:16

But Simon has a consonant after the Si

Ikeameatballs · 22/12/2022 22:16

Sigh-a
