I would choose a recognisable name. There’s plenty of less used names that are still recognisable and wearable. If you love Quilo why don’t you try it out for a month as your/DH name and see how much you like introducing yourself as Quilo and spelling it over the phone and explaining it infinity times a day.

It isn’t really a name in its own right. It’s a bastardisation/variant of Achilles. So as well as unrecognisable and hard to pronounce, it’s not actually even a proper name.
