We are trying to think of boys names that go with surname ‘Wright’. We love Rory but is Rory Wright too much of a tongue twister? We keep going round in circles whether it’s too many ‘R’s…
What are peoples thoughts on it?

Lots of people struggle to pronounce their Rs. Rory is bad enough for them, but Rory Wright would be awfully difficult...!

I like the name Rory, and have no problem pronouncing the letter r, but I do find Rory Wright a bit of a tongue twister, sorry.

No. Sorry. It's too much.

I'm not keen on alliterative names at all tbh. I love Rory but feel putting it with Wright is just too much. Too many ‘R’s. Sorry.

Same, sorry. Names with a similar ‘feel’ as Rory without the R:

  • Felix
  • Oliver
  • Edward
  • Jude
  • Hugo
  • Oscar

I usually like alliteration but that’s too many r’s for me sorry! Esp as when they are little they have difficulty pronouncing R’s!
