I have an adult dd called Florence Elizabeth. She also has a second middle name.

My teenage best friend was a Megan Elizabeth. MET initials, with the ambition of someday swapping the T for a G and having her initials spell her nn.

I always liked the idea of that. So much so, my DD’s middle name was chosen with the possibility that her initials might one day spell out her name.

Silly really, but makes me smile 😊

Elizabeth has always been popular as a middle name so I think it douns good with almost anything. I wouldn't go for a first name that ends with A or an A sound, because the names can run together a bit, and I think a two syllable name with the stress on the first syllable might be best of all. So it could be something like (I like all of these - and I haven't read all the suggestions so if there are repeats you know they must be extra good!):
