Expecting a baby boy. We already have a son named Luigi. So which name goes better with it? Giuliano or Romeo? Thank you.

Giuliano

Assuming you are Italian living in the UK, I think the differing pronunciations of Romeo could be challenging. Almost everyone is familiar with the name as RO-me-o, and while it's easily corrected it could get frustrating if you want the Italian pronunciation. Giuliano would probably be easier in that respect.

First one just makes me think of Galliano.

One of my colleagues is called Giuliano. Everyone calls him Jools.

Giuliano will get misspelt. Romeo is too Beckham

Ratatoo · 13/04/2022 19:06

Not Romeo

Both are lovely. Choose the same as a stand alone though not as a match for a sibling.

Guiliano

Romeo would be a burden in the Uk..

I think the OP has some Italian connections, rather than trying to create an Italian themed sibset Grin
