What's everyone's thoughts on Felicity?

Both me and my husband really like it but there is something holding us back and we don't really know what!

It does remind me of posh teenage girls from the 1980s. It's nice though, if a bit too twee for my particular taste.

I used to love the American TV show of the same name.

I love it. It reminds me of happy Sunday teatimes watching Road to Avonlea at my grandad's house.

I like it. It’s becoming quite popular I think, what’s holding you back.

Family names for middle names are nice if you have something that would work?

It's lovely and we'd have used it if we hadn't had a complicated F surname. We used another virtue name instead as a married name.

Hilary
Verity

The only Felicity I grew up with had a sister called Susannah

I love it

I like Felicity but would avoid putting another virtue middle name with it.

Someone down the road from me has a Felicity Jean. I know because I hear it shouted nearly every day at school run time.

My Felicity is 13 this year-not posh! Never, ever met another one at any of her schools-result! Faith is her middle name.

It's lovely BUT... I wouldn't actually use it.

I think it's a bit prissy. And a bit angular and English too. Lots like Hilary really. Short forms are an issue.

But it is a really good name so if you love it go for it.
