Elizabeth/Elisabeth, Wilhelmina, or Penelope?

Elizabeth - a safe, pretty choice as it's the most timeless name with a zillion nn choices/variations if she dislikes the full version for any reason.

Elisabeth - as above but will always have to say "Elisabeth with an S".

Wilhelmina - personally I really adore this rare Victorian/Edwardian beauty but it is more of a "marmite" name - some people find it old-fashioned/clunky. But it has some very cool nn's too - Willa, Billie and Mina.

Penelope - fashionable but not my taste, all I hear is the "pee" at the end. If you want the Nell nn rather than Penny, I prefer Helena or Eleanor.
