I love Alice and Grace. Beautiful, timeless and classic. I'm not keen on Sophia - sounds a it like like you're trying to be posh. I also find Sophie a bit wet.

Like some pps said, I prefer Sophie to Sophia, and if you were going for that I'd move it into first place.

Grace - know too many little girls who have a double barrel name with Grace at the end, or it's their middle name.

Sophia - never liked it. Conjures up Farrah Abraham too (sorry) imo it's just Sophie but trying to be different. There are a lot of them here too.
