Jemimah - Jemima is lovely but adding an h spoils it
Esther - nice, makes me think of someone gentle
Martha - nice, but makes me think of someone a tiny bit frumpy
Kezia/h - nice but people will say it as Kez-ya
Annalise - ok but I'd just use Anna. I really like Ann
Josephine - nice but will be Jo or Josie. Joss is nice
Flora - lovely

I think I'd pick Jemima

I really like Mary as a middle name

Why does adding a H to Jemimah spoil it? That's the traditional spelling.

It may be but Jemima is the more popular spelling by far.

Your sister has the same taste in names as me! They’re all great names … I’d vote Jemima (spelled like this) Flora or Annaliese (spelled like this) for the first name, and Katherine for the middle.

Kezia is lovely
I'd go for Kezia Katherine (as long as surname doesn't start with K!) A very strong name.

Esther Mary also works for me but has a much gentler feel.

I like Annalise Roma

I am biased because I have an 11 year old Flora. It has always suited her down to the ground. She gets called Flossie in our house.

I think Flora Katherine and Flora Dorothy sound lovely.
