We live in Poland so here it is pronounced as E-RE-MEE-AH

Leonora is nice and I love the idea of Leo as a shortened informal name for a girl too.

Agree that Eremia sounds like some kind of illness to English ears, but if you're in Poland that won't matter. Isn't there a Polish Mumsnet equivalent you could ask?
I quite like Leonora though.

Is it possible to spell Eremia differently? I think it would be read as Er-EE-me-a in England. Er-eh-ME-a might be spelt Ereemia, Erramia or something.

Could it be Yeramia, or is it very much an E sound? If I try to pronounce Jer without sounding the J it's more like a Y sound than an E.

Too many syllables, IMO, so comes across as fussy and pretentious. Also, the first name sounds like some sort of disease, and the second name is too similar to a famous brand of fabric conditioner.

Eremia would be tricky in the U.K., but if it’s Polish and you live in Poland I think it sounds nice. I like Leonora but that’s easier on British ears. Go for it!
