I don't care what the baby's name is

Is this normal/ has anyone else felt this way?

DH and I have a DD, we agonized over her name my entire pregnancy, it took forever and we picked a name we both absolutely love.
Pregnant with DS now, and I just sort of don't care. I don't feel the same way about picking his name at all, DH has picked some options and they're all fine, nothing I'm too excited about. I guess I feel bad, but I also deep down feel that boys names are all quite boring (and interchangeable).
I'm obviously happy and feel blessed to have a DS join our family and love him already! Have started to buy clothes, get the room ready etc. Just don't feel any way about the name :/

Angus is great. Am on the fence with August.
I met a lady once who had let her dh name their child. Awful name he chose. Am not saying men can't name their children ( my dad named me), but some may need guidance.

I chose names that fit my criteria which was

  1. Very unpopular
  2. Not obviously on the rise
  3. We both liked
  4. Not too creative or way out.
  5. Straightforward to say and spell

I didn’t love their names, infact I didn’t choose names I had loved as I felt it gave me a preconception about who they would be. I think that’s why I wanted unpopular names too.
I like their names. I’m proud of their names but if they hate them and want to change them I don’t have strong feelings about this.

I know a French Augustin - Org oo sta - who is super cool but it doesn’t work so well in English.
