My husband and I can’t decide a name for our baby girl, the names we’ve thought of so far are:
Fallon
Thea
Harper
Avery

I also love James for a girl but my husband hates it.
Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Thea is quite noce.

I don't like any of the others

James is a lovely boys name. Do not inflict it upon a dd.

I am sensing you like short strong names without a typical feminine vowel ending? I can't completely avoid 'a' endings but what about:

Helen
Aubrey (boys name now often used for girls in US-I know a female Aubrey)
Ezra (ditto)
Jude
Kira
Dana
Dinah
Dorrit
Isa (pronounced Ee-sah)
Amalia
Cora
Marit
Rosa
Ondine
Belen
Althea
Vera
Norah
Regan or Tegan
Olive
Sasha
Corinne
Maeve
Caoilfhionn (pronounced Keelan)
Marion
Talia
Freda (love this but couldn't have it as it was the name of a relative of DH whom he wasn't keen on)

Also:
Ione
Magdalen

From the names you asked about I like The the best by far. None of the others.

Don’t like any of them sorry.

Thea is the most bearable.
