Struggling to choose a middle name, our last name is Taylor

Sienna Grace
Sienna Rose (I know it's very common)
Sienna Niamh
Sienna Maeve
Sienna Adalyn
Sienna Avalyn
Sienna Ivy (Family name)
Sienna Ann (Family name)
Sienna Lynn (Family name)

Any other choices? I like more traditional middle names. Or should I just have no middle name?

Thanks

Victoria, I wanted a traditional middle name to go with Sienna. My other daughter also has a traditional middle name.

I don’t usually care for single syllable middle names, but Niamh and Maeve both work well here because they’re more unusual than the standard ones.

I have a Sienna Ann, Ann being a family name, so I will vote for that!

I think traditional is good with Sienna

Sienna Elizabeth
Sienna Catherine
Sienna Imogen
Sienna Caroline
Sienna Marianne

Your family family names are nice but not classic, so I would add them on - Sienna Elizabeth Lynn, Sienna Catherine Ivy etc

Grace is way overused as well as Rose and May, and I would generally avoid single syllable as they all have the 3 syllable + 1 syllable sound which is such a dull cliche

I think either Sienna Niamh or Sienna Maeve flow nicely. Other middle names:
Jasmine
Catherine
Madeleine
Eloise
Charlotte
Juliet

Grace & Rose are very well used so I'd only use them if you absolutely adore them and can't possibly have anything else.

Out of the rest I like Sienna Ann the best.

Sienna May

Sienna Jane ?

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 02/05/2021 15:40

Sienna Lynn if you want a family name (the other two names spell SAT and SIT so wouldn't be my first choices if I had other family options - even though I like Ann).

Sienna Maeve and Sienna Niamh are lovely - of the two I'd pick Maeve (only as it's more phonetic unless you are Irish).

Not keen on the others sorry (although I like Adaline and Evelyn spelt the traditional way).

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 02/05/2021 15:45

Other traditional middle name choices - Catherine or Claire (could then also give her the option of the nn CeCe if she wants).

Santatizer · 02/05/2021 17:42

Honestly, sometimes the feedback on here is a bit odd - people rubbish a name because it's too popular but to criticise a syllable pattern as too common is laughable. I would ignore that feedback OP!

Of your options, I would choose:

Sienna Rose (it's very pretty, I don't think it is remotely important that Rose is a popular middle name but you might)
Sienna Niamh

I also think Sienna Rachel is nice.

lemonsyellow · 02/05/2021 18:20

The worst one to me is Sienna Rose. It’s just a bit naff and bland - like an air freshener scent or a paint colour. Grace is a lovely name, but popular, though. It’s much better as a first name.

Anibas · 02/05/2021 18:27

I like Sienna Ivy

Ellmau · 05/05/2021 00:18

Felicity

Lalliella · 05/05/2021 11:41

Sienna Rose off your list.

Also what about Sienna Lily or Sienna Violet? I would stay away from names with an ‘n’ in them.

Gorgeous choice by the way.
