Kit Harris or Jenson Kelvin (as first and middle name)

Kit or Jenson?
Kelvin would be after my grandpa but I think Kit Kelvin is too much together! Harris is one of our favourite names but we feel it’s too popular in our area (Scotland) to use as a first name.
Kit is 372 on Scotland’s 2020 list
Jenson is 193

Please help, going round in circles with all these names 🙈 x

Unless your surname starts with a K, I'd go for Kit Kelvin :)

@Awrite

I love Kit Harris.

He would be known as Kit Surname though so no-one would think GoT.

Not a fan of Jenson.

That’s what I think, Kit Harris sounds the nicest and ties it in with the Scottish theme so if we have a girl next and give her the Scottish name we have picked they won’t be complete opposites! His surname starts with M so the Kit Harrington thing I don’t see being an issue

Yes, Edward has been a middle name for 3 generations and before that as a first name on my DHs side - so that part was easy for us! I also wanted to add I worked with a guy with a 15 year old Kit a few years ago and when he found out my babies name he said one of his biggest parenting achievements is having a teenager who loves his name and thinks it’s cool!

Aw that’s good! Yeah I can see it being a ‘cool’ name as a teenager. I think it will be just Kit on the birth certificate for ours if we pick it when he arrives. There are plenty of other three letter names that are completely acceptable on a birth certificate so I don’t see why Kit is any different
