What do you think?

No I don't think so but they are very popular names. Is this for twins?

creasedjeans · 20/02/2021 22:53

Not at all

partyatthepalace · 20/02/2021 22:54

No they are fine.

Mrstwiddle · 20/02/2021 22:56

Yes, too many “T”s going on.

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 20/02/2021 23:41

No I think they are fine together - lots of people have 2 children whose names both end in the more common "ah" or "ee" sound, I don't see how both ending in "tt" is any different. Could be a hassle if you have a 3rd child though, they might feel left out!

FancySomeChips · 20/02/2021 23:42

I really like them as sibling names

Synchrony · 21/02/2021 00:31

Fine imo

DramaAlpaca · 21/02/2021 01:07

The endings have a slightly different sound so I think it's OK.

If you don't have an Elliott already and you're just considering names I'd drop that second 't'. The first name Elliot is usually spelled with just one, and it makes Elliot and Scarlett look a bit more different.

Smallonesaremorejuicy · 21/02/2021 03:29

Not keen on them both having the double tt

RubysArms · 21/02/2021 03:48

absolutely fine

Bluesername · 21/02/2021 06:12

I think they're too similar.

SmeleanorSmellstrop · 21/02/2021 06:33

I think they sound great together

CakesOfVersailles · 21/02/2021 07:45

I think they're ok for siblings but too close for twins - if that makes sense.

Hahaha88 · 21/02/2021 10:01

Elliot should be spelt like that imo, it then looks less matchey to scarlett, unless you already have an Elliott of course.

Firebird83 · 22/02/2021 23:09

I know siblings Ellis and Scarlett, might be a good alternative?
