According to Google, Ani is a girl’s name of Hawaiian origin, which means ‘beautiful’ so it’s not a made up spelling. But I don’t think Ivy sounds the same as Eva. Also, Eva is a name of Hebrew origin which means ‘life’ and Zoe apparently also means ‘life’ so that could also be a nice link?

What about Ann nicknamed Annie then? I mean Annie is traditionally a nickname for Ann/Anne.

May is also a nice name, can be standalone or a nickname.

Eva and Ivy are quite traditional short names, whereas a lot suggested here are mostly modern takes or nicknames for longer names.
