Sister for Juno

We're really struggling to find a name for second daughter, firstborn is called Juno Carolina (after the US state).

Options we're currently considering are:

Teddy (as in Theodora but we'd call her just Teddy)
Iona (my fav but too Scottish for DH)
Marlowe (DH fav, I really like it but it might be just too out there for me)
Scarlett
Madeleine (but don't want her to be Maddie/Mads)

Any other suggestions?

From your list I think Scarlett goes best. Definitely not Teddy. I would hate to be a middle aged professional woman called Teddy.
