This is a follow on from my previous thread
Since Aurora Rose might be hard to say
What do you think of Aurora Isabelle?

Aurora Isabelle is again beautiful and easier to say I suppose. Or Amora Rose? If you particularly like Rose as a middle name

CremeEggThief · 16/09/2020 16:57

Personally, I think Isabelle Aurora flows better than Aurora Isabelle.

Ellmau · 16/09/2020 16:59

Aurora Rose is a lot of rs, but Aurora Isabelle has the two vowels colliding. All lovely names individually.

What about Aurelia Rose?

Or Aurora Sophia?

Bringmewineandcake · 16/09/2020 17:01

It feeds into the end of Aurora...there's no gap to me so it becomes Aurorarisabelle.

I'd probably avoid a middle name with a vowel at the start.

GoatsInBoats · 16/09/2020 17:06

Middle names are essentially pointless, but I agree with the poster upthread about the colliding vowels versus the oversupply of Rs.

I'm punting Aurora Frances.

itsjakeandamy · 16/09/2020 17:07

I think Aurora Isabelle sounds ok.
The names together are a little "Disney Princess" for me though. I'd spell it Aurora Isabel.
It's much nicer than Aurora Rose which is hard to say plus Rose makes it seem much more boring than it is.
Something like Aurora Sophie or Aurora Lily is easier to say/hear though.

CeeceeBloomingdale · 16/09/2020 17:10

Not Rose, it's very hard to say

MochaTime · 16/09/2020 17:13

I'm clearly very much in the minority but I read the other thread and have now said 'Aurora Rose' out loud a few times and I think it's fine to say?! I like it! I do like Aurora Isabelle too, though, so I think go with whichever you like best OP.

Firebird83 · 16/09/2020 17:25

I think the Isabel spelling looks better. Aurora Isabel.

VenusClapTrap · 16/09/2020 17:51

I said it on your other thread; I still think you need a middle name that starts with a consonant. Neither Rose nor Isabelle flow well with Aurora.

Spied · 16/09/2020 17:54

I hate to say this as I've just commented on your other thread however I find it quite difficult to say and clunky.Bit of s mouthful. So sorry. Maybe it's my accent.

TitianaTitsling · 16/09/2020 17:56

Aurora Rose definitely just makes me think of Disney Sleeping Beauty! Both of the princess' names?

Spied · 16/09/2020 17:56

Agree with consonant poster.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 16/09/2020 18:10

I agree with @CremeEggThief.

HPandTheNeverEndingBedtime · 16/09/2020 18:17

If you use Isabelle be prepared for it to always be spelt a different way to the way you chose which can be frustrating.

lampshadery · 16/09/2020 18:20

I don't think either are easy to say. Aurora needs something with 'harder' consonants so to speak to balance it.

Aurora Jane
Aurora Frances
Aurora Katherine
Aurora Grace

Edenember · 16/09/2020 18:45

Agree with everyone about the ending on a vowel, starting on a vowel thing. This is really in your face Disney, but how about Aurora Belle?

pinkpinecone · 16/09/2020 19:01

Aurora Isabelle is lovely. Rose doesn't flow well and also is so over used as a middle name.
