Here’s the link for the name search tool that the bbc have published on their article. They did it in 2018 for the 2017 list and it was so handy and fun to use so I thought I’d share!

I got 7 boys born with my name in 2018 Hmm

One of my DC had 20 something in Ireland in 2018 called their name but the other two, no babies called their names at all.
Which is fab! Purposely chose uncommon names so nice to see they haven’t risen in popularity.

@ZoyaTheDestroyer I was really pushing for Keith for my son, but was vetoed by about five million people.

I think if you ignore the baggage it's a really nice name... 'of the forest'.

Wow, 6 here in Scotland and none elsewhere. My name is so 70s/80s I'm amazed tbh lol.

My name has plummeted since 1997. DS' is on a gentle decline.

Very few with my name, and none in 2018. There were names starting with my name on the list (it's not Ann, but it compares in that it could be part of a longer name like Anna, Annabel etc)

Keith’s time will come. In twenty years the baby groups will be full of Keiths, Pauls, and Ians Grin

I have an uncle Keith, he was born in 1928 though :) Still alive

Twelve babies had my sons name in 2018 — I’m shocked! He may have been the only one in his birth year, as there were few enough (three or fewer) not to appear on the stats individually.
