What do people think of the name Saffron for a baby girl?

I like it. My friend's little girl is called that and I've only ever met a couple of Saffrons so think it's fairly unusual.

I like it, but do think of Ab Fab also. I also like Sapphire, but we have a 3 syllable surname, and I think it would be a mouthful.

There's a Saffron in my daughter's class. I don't think anyone calls her 'Saffy' but while the name is ok the nickname not.

I taught a Saffron and she was a beautiful little thing. She was nicknamed Saffy which I personally love.

I like Saffron went to school with a girl called Saffron who wasn't very nice that always puts you off a name doesnt it 😅 but the name itself is very pretty

The Saffron that I know is lovely and goes mostly by Saff.

I think Saffron, Saskia and Soraya are 3 slightly unusual S girl names that are always on the fringe of popularity.

I think its a really nice name, there was a Finance Manager called Saffron in a company I used to work for and she was a lovely lady.
